Sameer Chouhan

After starting a career in recruitment in 2016, I ventured into gym sales and rapidly ascended to branch manager, ultimately earning the title of Top Sales Manager of 2020 & 2021. However, my passion for recruitment reignited as I began hiring for my sales team. Seizing the chance to return to my roots, I rejoined my previous company as a Senior Recruiter. I am excited to embark on my next venture, ready to make an impact in the recruitment industry once again!

What do you enjoy most?

Recruitment is a passion of mine, especially the challenge of discovering top talent and watching their careers thrive. I love connecting with diverse individuals from various cultures and backgrounds, learning something new from everyone I meet.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

A young dreamer with a passion for planes and travel aspired to become a pilot. However, a rare eye disease dashed those hopes, but the love for aviation remains strong.

What do you do outside of work?

Leisure time is all about enjoying the beach with loved ones, hiking scenic trails, and embracing adventure. Some days, though, it's just about relaxing at home and binge-watching Netflix.
