Like a lot of people, I fell into the crazy fast-paced world of recruitment. After finishing university and meeting with a recruiter to discuss my options, I was hired by that agency and many many years later here I am. I first joined COREcruitment in London as an Administrator while I lived the typical Antipodean lifestyle, galivanting around Europe. I then moved into a consultant role overseeing all Head Office recruitment across the hospitality industry. Fast forward a few years, I flipped a coin and decided to join Sara Pearson in our North American office. What was supposed to only be 1 year in Canada has turned into my forever home. 

As a person that can’t sit down for more than a minute, and who struggles with silence, I really enjoy the variety this job offers and I love speaking to candidates all in different locations and all at different stages of their life. I love hearing your life stories and what your next steps are. 

I cover all Head Office and C-suite level recruitment for all our hospitality clients, this includes roles within Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and all Executive/ C-suite level positions.
