Stuart Campbell

I joined CORE in 2008, starting in the London office alongside Michelle Wells. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the business in a variety of ways – from building the branded chef desk, to spending two years in Australia working with a visa specialist, before returning to support international appointments across the Middle East.

I later helped establish our European Hub in Amsterdam and, more recently, launched The Cavalry – a global chef consultancy dedicated to supporting the movement of culinary talent to the UK and other key markets. With recent visa changes creating new challenges for the industry, this work has been both important and rewarding.

Throughout my time at CORE, I’ve been proud to represent the business and support its growth. I am now looking forward to focusing on leading our Hotel and Pub recruitment across the UK, working closely with Olly (Restaurants and Fine Dining), Yas (Foodservice and Events), as well as James (Pubs) and Lara and Ed (UK Hotels and Resorts).
