Yasmin King

I've been in the hospitality industry since I was 15! I’ve always had a foot in the door of a pub. Starting as a runner, and then moving up to waitress and bar manager, I eventually made my dream come true by running my pub and grassroots venue. Along the way, I ventured into the film and music industries and even spent years in Dubai working with the royal families. 

My career has been incredible, but I've always been drawn back to hospitality, pubs, and my passion for excellent food. I love people and the values behind this industry. Now, I have the opportunity to work with and recruit incredible chefs and back-of-house staff for the entire pub sector, ensuring that our clients have the best culinary talent.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I produce music, go to gigs, and spend a lot of time in nature on big walks!

What do you enjoy most?

I genuinely love connecting with people and finding the perfect fit for both the candidate and the company. It's a super rewarding process that keeps me inspired and motivated. Every day is different, and being excited to come to work is a huge perk.
