- Sourcing candidates looking for new roles through verified job boards
- Accessing our large network of chefs through word of mouth
- Headhunting for specialist roles
- Advertising via social media to our 1000’s of followers
- Emailing and texting our large database of Chefs
ADDITONAL
Along with accessing our database, also offering consultation on the recruitment process, interview tips and best practice when interview chefs for success.
RESULTS
Successful recruitment of all chefs, including a long-term agreement to recruit for additional roles.
This luxury property was able to get back to pre-pandemic levels of operations due to the increase in workforce.
