We undertook a candidate mapping, to provide the hiring team with a strong understanding of the market
On reviewing the mapping, we identified a small list of target candidates and were able to refine the search and introduce further candidates
After signing an NDA, we hosted a first-stage open day, introducing seven candidates to the chairman
The interviews were extensive and were held in our London office
The open day identified 2 candidates who were strong fits, and were then booked in for 2 further interviews with the board team. Additionally, we were able to introduce a third candidate to this process.
By Christmas 2021 the shortlist was reduced from three to two. Both candidates were tasked to present in-depth business plans in January 2022. By February 2022 the successful candidate was offered the role and started within three months.
We ran similar searches for this client's holding company in 2022 for a COO in and a CFO in 2022/2023 which were both also successful.
