As the Senior Vice President of Hospitality at DAMAC Properties, Dean leads a division that comprises over 8000 keys across various hospitality assets, including hotels, service apartments, holiday homes and residential units and Facilities Management. 

With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, he has a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, financial returns and driving operational excellence.

His career journey has taken him to various regions, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, where he has asset-managed diverse portfolios of hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, and Radisson.

He has held leadership roles at ONYX Hospitality Group and Cycas Hospitality, where he was responsible for multiple regions and hotel listings.
