Planning an opening?

I wanted to let you know about a present project we are working on and see if you might have anything similar coming up that we can assist with?

Here are the headlines from one new opening we have underway:

• secure pipeline for over 180 roles from Chefs and Guest Service, and everything else through to General Manager
• roles spanning all areas from Finance, Engineering, Fitness, Food & Beverage, Sales, Marketing – all areas
• secure local, Arabic speaking talent, for key hires and senior management roles
• working with clients to attract diverse talent and also to work towards nationalisation quotas
• conduct private and confidential searches for key roles, targeting previous identified competitor set
• benchmark and advise on salaries, benefits and packages to attract and retain top talent
• working to tight deadlines, interviews, and onboarding (4-6 weeks) 
• processed over 9000 applications in a week to a shortlist of just 50 candidates for our client to interview.

For all the roles above, we have great local and international shortlists of candidates who are currently located in the local markets and looking to start.
