General Manager - Beachside Restaurant

Location: Nevis, The Caribbean
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a successful, owner-operated beachside restaurant in St. Kitts & Nevis. The restaurant has experienced significant growth over the past decade and now generates several million USD in annual revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Lead daily restaurant operations and a team of 20–50 employees.

Develop supervisors and build a strong, accountable team.

Maintain excellent guest service and a fun Caribbean atmosphere.

Manage labour, food costs, purchasing, inventory, and profitability.

Recruit, train, and retain staff.

Work closely with the owner and Head Chef.

Drive continued growth and operational improvements.

Minimum 5 years' high-volume restaurant experience.

Caribbean hospitality experience required.

Strong leadership, F&B, cost-control, and team-development skills.

Hands-on, guest-focused management style.

OECS experience/citizenship is a major advantage.
