Director of Finance - Relocate to Turks & Caicos

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to take the next step in their career with a privately owned boutique hospitality operation in Turks & Caicos Islands.
The role will oversee the financial operations of a boutique resort, alongside an associated local grocery and liquor retail business. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of the finance function across multiple small businesses.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations across both businesses.

Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.

Oversee accounts payable, receivable and payroll.

Maintain financial controls and compliance.

Work directly with ownership, providing financial insight and commercial support.

Experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager or Assistant Director of Finance.

Ideally currently working as a number two and looking to step into a senior leadership role.

Strong all-round accounting and financial management experience.

Hospitality or Caribbean experience would be advantageous.

Comfortable working independently within a small business environment.

USD $75,000–$80,000 annual salary.

Accommodation provided.

Company vehicle provided.

Service charge and performance bonus.

Work permit sponsorship (approximately four weeks).
