Location: Caribbean
Salary: USD $100,000 + Housing, Vehicle, Medical Benefits, Bonus & Relocation Assistance
We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations for a prestigious luxury resort in the Caribbean.
Requirements- Proven leadership experience in a Five-Star luxury hotel or resort
- Forbes-rated property experience is mandatory
- Previous Caribbean resort experience preferred
- Experience with a Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) property is a strong advantage
- Strong background managing multiple outlets, luxury service standards, financial performance, and large teams
- Oversee all restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining operations
- Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and profitability
- Lead, develop, and mentor F&B management teams
- Manage budgets, forecasting, labor, and operational performance
This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality leader with a passion for luxury service and a track record of success in world-class resort environments.
Compensation: USD $100,000 base salary plus housing, vehicle, benefits, bonus potential, and relocation support.
