Operations Manager – Visitor Attraction
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Location: Birmingham Area
I am working on a great opportunity to join an established Visitor Attraction. This role will involve running the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced attraction and keep everything running smoothly, safely, and profitable. You’ll lead teams, drive performance, and step in as senior lead when needed.
Role:
- Oversee daily operations across admissions, guest experience, and site presentation
- Lead teams to hit KPIs, boost customer satisfaction, and grow revenue
- Manage incidents, audits, cash control, and compliance
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service
- Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and local stakeholders
- Strong operational leadership experience (attraction or similar environment)
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance targets
- Confidence handling incidents, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth
