About the Role
As Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will support the leadership of the People & Culture function and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring excellence across all areas:
- Culture & Engagement
- Industrial Relations & HR Compliance
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Learning & Development
- HR Operations
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Minimum 3 years in a senior HR leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industrial relations
- High level of computer literacy and experience with HR systems
- Proven experience supporting culture, training, or people development initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A fair, empathetic, and collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:Approx. $3,400 USD per month
- Housing Allowance:$1,300 USD per month
- Vehicle Allowance:$450 USD per month
- 21 days annual vacation
