Restaurant General Manager – High-End Night Venue – Qatar
Salary Package: QAR 15000 plus expat benefits and family status
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General to be part of a popular upmarket lounge and bar!
- You will be managing the Bar/Lounge daily shift operations, supervision of staff with the ability to determine and implement training needs.
- Involved with promoting the bar/lounge, menu planning and maintaining standards,
- Someone who is experienced in nightlife, lounge/Bar set up, and in entertainment.
- Ability to build relationships in the community and create a database and has some marketing experience.
- Is a great leader and mentor, with excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in Western night venues in a similar role.
