We’re working with a growing franchisee quick service concept looking for a strong General Manager to lead their Chattanooga new open! This is a great opportunity for someone who is operationally solid, team-focused, and brings a positive energy into the restaurant every day.
The team is looking for a leader who enjoys being in the business, coaching people, building culture, and creating a great experience for both guests and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience within QSR or fast casual a must, ideally 3+ years as a GM
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive demeanor and team-first attitude
- Someone dependable, eager, and ready to grow with the company
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Strong operational awareness and ability to lead from the front
**Shift Manager position is also available if you don’t meet GM requirements
