Location: New York
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + benefits and bonus potential
The Company:
Our client is knownfor their energetic, high-ceilinged atmosphere, it blends traditional, passionate flavors with contemporary culinary techniques to create a lively, upscale dining experience. They are now looking for a FOH powerhouse to join their team as a Dining Room Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily restaurant service
- Lead the Front of House team to ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any queries or issues complaints from customers in a polite and efficient manner
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to develop a dynamic and diverse team
- Provide leadership and support to team members, establishing and maintaining a positive and motivating work culture
- Assist with administration tasks as required
Dining Room Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years’ managerial experience from a fine-dining, high volume background
- Strong beverage knowledge - ideallyMediterraneanwines/drinks
- Knows how to manager FOH service and team
- A confident individual that is passionate about creating incredible guest experiences - knows those small details to look for in fine dining
- Proven track record and good past tenure
