The ideal candidate is a solid, mid-level Sous Chef who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the importance of systems, standards, and execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 2+ years of Sous Chef experience
- Experience in full service, high-volume, elevated restaurant environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and team development
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
- Positive attitude and hands-on leadership style
