We’re partnered with an exciting hospitality group with locations across the multiple States with different concepts. We are working with them to help find a strong General Manager to overlook one of their elevated dining concepts in Atlants!
This is a unique opportunity to lead upscale dining and elevated cocktails to a lively restaurant. You’ll oversee the teams, operations, and overall guest experience across the property, making sure each concept feels unique while maintaining a consistently high level of hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day operations across restaurant
- Oversee and develop a large, diverse hospitality team
- Drive guest experience, service standards, and overall performance
- Manage scheduling, labor, financials, inventory, and operational controls
- Work closely with culinary and beverage leadership
- Maintain consistency while allowing each concept to have its own identity
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest loyalty across the property
What We’re Looking For
- Strong General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume, full-service hospitality operations
- Strong financial and operational understanding
- Excellent people leadership and coaching skills
- Confident, energetic presence with a genuine passion for hospitality
