Executive Assistant & Office Manager
- Location: Mayfair (office based)
- Salary: up to £45k + benefits
We’re partnering with a design-led luxury real estate and hospitality business to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversee the smooth running of their Mayfair office.
This is a hands-on, pivotal role for a polished, proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
The role includes:
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Travel coordination and briefing preparation
- Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact
- Supporting projects and occasional personal administration
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Mayfair office
- Managing suppliers, facilities and office standards
- Supporting events, meetings and hospitality requirements
Candidate Profile
- Proven EA/PA experience (property, hospitality, luxury or private office preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence supporting senior leadership
- A proactive, discreet and solutions-focused approach
