About the Role
Seeking an experiencedRestaurant Managerto lead a high-volume, upscale beachfront operation. You will drive service excellence, team performance, and financial results while ensuring a seamless guest experience. Abusy 150-seat beachfront restaurantwith bar.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:USD $4,000 – $5,000/month
- Service charge:USD $12,000 – $15,000 annually approx.
- Housing allowance:USD $1,000/month
- Travel allowance:USD $500/month
- Work permit & flights covered
- Shared accommodation available (at employee cost)
- Statutory deductions apply (5.5% + 3%)
- 6-day work week/12 paid public holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and uphold service standards
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Control costs, reduce waste, and manage POS accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Deliver on financial targets and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ management experiencein high-volume/luxury dining
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking ability
- Financial acumen with budget and cost control experience
- Proficient in POS and restaurant systems
- Solid knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
