Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop BOH teams across all dayparts
- Drive modern Latin menu innovation
- Ensure consistency, quality, and execution at scale
- Oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance
- 10+ years in progressive culinary leadership
- High-volume, upscale or luxury dining experience
- Strong Latin cuisine background
- Hands-on leadership with solid financial acumen
