I’m working on a confidential search for a Divisional CFO with responsibility for a sizeable international business within a well-established, multi-site organisation.

This is a senior role with a broad remit, working closely with the leadership team across a number of markets and helping shape the next stage of the finance function.

The role will have a strong commercial focus alongside responsibility for finance strategy, performance, planning and transformation. There is also an important people and organisational element, with the opportunity to develop teams and influence how finance works across the wider business.

We’re looking for an experienced finance leader who has worked in a large international organisation, is comfortable operating across different markets and stakeholder groups, and has experience of leading change and transformation.
