This is a great opportunity to lead across two dynamic worlds - an upscale Latin restaurant concept alongside a corporate dining operation. We’re looking for a well-rounded, high-level culinary leader who can balance creativity with structure, and elevated dining with high-volume execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, strategic, and passionate about Latin cuisine, with the ability to lead multiple teams and concepts under one vision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing culinary operations across multiple restaurant and corporate dining locations
- Leading and developing Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and BOH teams
- Driving menu development and innovation rooted in authentic and modern Latin cuisine
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and execution across all concepts
- Managing food costs, labor, and overall financial performance
- Supporting corporate dining programs, ensuring efficiency and high standards in a structured environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef overseeing multiple units or concepts
- Strong background in both upscale/full-service restaurants and corporate dining
- Extensive knowledge of Latin cuisine with a modern, elevated approach
- Solid financial acumen including P&L, COGS, and labor management
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for team development and mentorship
- Ability to balance creative culinary execution with operational discipline
- Open to relocation to Las Vegas
