Salary: $150,000–$175,000
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Vice President of Operations to join a growing, multi-state restaurant group, overseeing operations across New York, South Carolina and Louisiana.
Reporting directly to the COO, this senior leadership role will drive operational excellence, financial performance and consistent execution across a diverse restaurant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-unit operations across multiple markets, providing direction and accountability to Regional Directors.

Drive profitability through P&L management, sales growth and effective cost controls.

Maintain high standards across food quality, service, hospitality and operational execution.

Translate company strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.

Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing and Culinary teams to support business performance and growth.
The Ideal Candidate

Extensive senior-level restaurant operations experience, ideally across multiple states and concepts.

Proven success leading multi-unit teams and developing senior operational leaders.

Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in P&L management and driving profitability.

A hands-on, strategic leader who combines operational discipline with a passion for hospitality.

Comfortable with regular travel across the region.
