General Manager – Boutique Resort
Location: Bahamas
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 USD net salary, negotiable

We are recruiting for a boutique resort in the Bahamas seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall resort operation and lead a strong, motivated team.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day resort operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments
- Take ownership of P&L performance, budgets and financial results
- Lead, motivate and develop the team with a strong focus on team health and culture
- Oversee reservations and front desk operations
- Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence
- Work closely with department leaders to drive accountability and performance
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a General Manager within a boutique hotel or resort
- Caribbean hospitality experience required
- Strong understanding of full resort operations
- Demonstrated P&L and financial management experience
- Hands-on, motivational leader with excellent communication skills
- Guest-focused and comfortable working within an intimate resort environment
