Job Title: General Manager – High-Volume Leisure & Experience Venue
Location: Madrid
Salary: €90,000 - €100,000 gross per annum + bonus

We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to oversee the operations of a large-scale leisure venue in Madrid. This is a dynamic, multi-activity environment combining recreation, events, and social experiences — designed to deliver high energy, high engagement, and strong commercial performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Take full ownership of ahigh-volume, multi-offer leisure operation
• Lead, develop, and inspire alarge, diverse team
• Deliver seamlessguest flow and experienceacross multiple activities
• Drivecommercial performance, managing budgets and key revenue streams
• Activate the venue throughevents, programming, and partnerships
• Ensure best-in-classsafety, compliance, and operational standards
• Continuously improve operations in afast-paced, experience-driven environment

What we’re looking for

• Proven leadership experience inleisure, entertainment, attractions, or sports-driven environments
• Background inoperationally complex venues(e.g. theme parks, family entertainment centres, sports facilities, large attractions)
• A hands-on operator who thrives infast-paced, guest-facing environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managingP&L and performance metrics
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Fluency in English and spanish is necessary
