An exciting opportunity is available for an experiencedSpa Managerto lead the operations of a wellness centre within a resort environment located on a beautiful island destination. This position is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who enjoys team leadership, guest interaction, and delivering exceptional wellness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage theday-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities
- Lead and motivate a team of10 staff members
- Ensure ahigh standard of service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate staff schedules, operational procedures, and service quality
- Support the development of the wellness offering and help achieve departmental targets
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience inspa, wellness, or hospitality management
- Strongleadership and team management skills
- Guest-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in aresort environment
- Open torelocation to an island destination
- International candidates are encouraged to apply
