Job Title: Resort General Manager
Location: Bahamas
Salary: $4,000 USD net per month (negotiable) / $48,000 annually
Property Type: Resort (12 Cottage Property)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of a small resort property
- Lead and manage the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Train and develop staff to maintain service standards
- Foster a positive team environment with strong leadership
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- Fluent in English
- French language skills are an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role within a resort environment preferred
