We are seeking a refined, hospitality-drivenMaitre’dto lead guest experience and front-of-house operations in a high-end, multi-concept private club. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
- Oversee front door and seating operations to ensure seamless flow
- Lead host and reservation teams, ensuring service excellence
- Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP experiences
- Collaborate with managers and kitchen to align service flow
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, elegant, and welcoming front-of-house environment
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Maitre’d or similar role in fine dining
- Strong presence, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with reservation platforms (e.g., Resy, SevenRooms, OpenTable)
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Deep passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
