Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Curaçao (5-Star All-Inclusive Resort)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a premier 5-star all-inclusive resort in Curaçao. This is an exceptional career opportunity for a driven hospitality professional ready to step into a senior leadership role within a globally recognized luxury brand.

About the Role

This is the No.2 position within the Food & Beverage division, reporting directly to the F&B Manager and Director of Food & Beverage. You will play a key role in overseeing daily operations across a large-scale, high-volume environment, managing a diverse portfolio of restaurants and bars.

With a clear succession plan in place, the successful candidate is expected to be promoted to Food & Beverage Manager within 12 months, as part of an internal leadership transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the F&B Manager and Director in overseeing all food & beverage operations

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 160–170 staff across multiple outlets, including restaurants and bars

  • Ensure exceptional service standards aligned with 5-star luxury expectations

  • Drive operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance

  • Assist in financial management, cost control, and revenue optimization

  • Take ownership of assigned restaurant outlets (including responsibility for up to 3 venues)

  • Train, mentor, and develop junior management and line staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong operational background in high-volume luxury hospitality environments

  • Proven experience within 5-star hotels or resorts, ideally across multiple brands

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in fast-paced settings

  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for service excellence

  • Experience in the Caribbean or similar resort environments is highly advantageous

  • Previous responsibility managing multiple restaurant outlets

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 USD per annum

  • Housing Allowance: $18,000 USD annually

  • Service Charge: Minimum $500 USD per month

  • Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus

  • Relocation Package:

    • Work permit provided

    • Flights covered

    • $1,500 USD relocation assistance

    • Temporary accommodation on arrival

  • Meals provided while on duty

  • Uniforms supplied
