We’re partnering with a growing, multi-brand restaurant group to appoint a hands-on Director of Operations to support its next phase of expansion.
The business operates a portfolio of established restaurant concepts alongside a successful national franchise brand with more than 100 locations. With ambitious plans to expand its corporate-owned portfolio over the coming years, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the operational strategy and build the infrastructure to support long-term growth.
The Role-
Oversee day-to-day operations, performance and profitability across multiple restaurant concepts.

Lead new store openings and support future expansion plans.

Implement SOPs, operational processes and consistent brand standards.

Recruit, train and develop managers, building a strong leadership team.

Drive improvements in sales, labour management, food costs and overall profitability.

Build scalable operational systems to support continued growth.

Travel as required to support existing and new locations.

Strong multi-unit restaurant operations experience, ideally at Director of Operations level.

Experienced Area Managers or multi-unit General Managers ready to step up will also be considered.

A proven track record of improving operational performance, profitability and team development.

Experience with restaurant openings, standardisation and building operational processes.

A hands-on, commercially minded leader who thrives in a growing business.

Willingness to relocate to Evansville, Indiana, with relocation assistance available.

Salary up to $125,000, depending on experience.
