This is a great opportunity to lead a high-volume, sports-driven venue in Cincinnati. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves the energy of game day, and knows how to run a tight operation while keeping the vibe fun and engaging.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants, bars, or sports venues
- Proven ability to lead teams in busy, high-energy environments
- Strong financial understanding including P&L, labor, and cost control
- Hands-on leadership style, comfortable being on the floor during peak times
- Passion for hospitality, sports culture, and creating a fun guest experience
