General Manager – Premium Hospitality
Location: Northern Virginia | Salary: $110K + up to 20% bonus
I’m partnering with a leading hospitality group to find an experienced General Manager to oversee a premium, guest-focused operation in a high-end, members-style environment catering to a highly discerning clientele.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:

Experience leading premium hospitality or food and beverage operations

A strong understanding of high-end service standards and discerning guest expectations

Commercial awareness, including labor management, budgeting and cost control

Proven ability to recruit, develop and motivate high-performing teams

A hands-on leadership style with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction

Experience with new openings, transitions or operational improvements is an advantage
