A brand-new, niche restaurant concept operation opening in central London

OBJECTIVE

Recruitment of the full kitchen team, covering every position from Kitchen Porters to Senior Sous-Chef

CHALLENGE

Get the full team within 12 weeks with a very specific set of skills and backgrounds.

HOW     

Sourcing new and existing specialist candidates through recruitment days, advertising, social media, and referrals

EXECUTION

- Reaching out to existing and new candidates though different avenues including:

  • pre-screened database of over 550,000 candidates
  • trusted job boards
  • networking
  • open days
  • social media audience of over 250,000 connections
  • e-shot campaigns
  • referrals

- Pro-actively took on the role of in-house recruiter and created all job adverts using the latest digital insights and keyword analysis, creating the content marketing being posted to our connections and candidate tracking. This is something we are very good at. 

- Arranged all interviews and open days over a 12-week period which aligned seamlessly with our social media campaigns.

- Management of the offer stage: not only acting as the intermediary between the client and the candidates but also in taking the lead for all on-boarding duties such as negotiations, resignations, and counteroffers, offer letters, contracts and new start forms, etc…
