Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Salary: €100,000–€110,000 + 15% annual bonus
Languages: Fluent Swedish and English required
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of operations to lead the strategic and operational performance of a large-scale hospitality operation in Stockholm.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building strategic partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll take full ownership of operational performance while driving commercial growth, innovation, and long-term success.
The Role
- Lead the overall commercial and operational strategy of the venue
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large multi-disciplinary team
- Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and overall business performance
- Use commercial insights and data to support strategic decision-making
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
About You
- A background managing large, complex hospitality or venue operations
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience building strategic partnerships and leading large teams
- A track record of driving business growth and operational improvements
- Fluent Swedish and English
