Business Development Director – Integrated Facilities Management
A rare opportunity to join a major, well-established international services organisation as aBusiness Development Managerwithin theirIntegrated Facilities Management (IFM/TFM)business.
What you’ll do
- Originate and winnew businessin the integrated FM space, with a focus on large, complex, multi-service contracts
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline acrosspublic and private sectorverticals
- Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, needs analysis, solution design, pricing, tendering, negotiation and contract award
- Work closely with technical, operational and bid teams to craft compelling, commercially viable proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships withkey decision-makersat board and senior executive level
- Represent the business at pitch events, conferences and industry forums
- Contribute to forecast accuracy, sales reporting and strategic planning
Essential experience:
- Proven track record as ahunter-style Business Development ManagerinFacilities Management, with evidence of personally winningmulti-million pound FM contracts
- Experience sellingintegrated / total facilities management (IFM/TFM)services, not just single-service (e.g. cleaning only or security only)
- Strong understanding of bothhard FM(M&E, maintenance, estates) andsoft FM(cleaning, security, catering, hospitality) service lines
- Experience selling intopublic sector environments
