General Manager – Contract Catering – Leicestershire – Up to £40,000

We're recruiting a General Manager to lead a busy contract catering operation supporting a major construction project in the Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager or General Manager looking for a stable, long-term role with genuine progression opportunities. You'll take full ownership of the operation, leading a team, managing client relationships and ensuring a consistently high-quality food offer for approximately 500 customers each day.

With a Monday to Friday operation, daytime hours and a project expected to run for at least another three years, this role offers excellent stability and work-life balance!

The Offer

The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day operation and site team.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure a consistent and attractive food offer.
  • Manage labour, food costs and site budgets.
  • Review sales, reports and financial performance.
  • Deliver themed days, events and site engagement activities.
  • Drive service standards, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team with a hands-on leadership approach.

About You

  • General Manager, Catering Manager or Deputy Manager experience.
  • Strong contract catering or B&I background.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
