We are working with a prestigious group of event venues to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead the commercial marketing strategy across two UK sites.
This is a senior role within the Meetings & Events division, offering the opportunity to take ownership of brand, digital and revenue driving marketing activity across a portfolio of highly regarded conference and events spaces.
Location: London (hybrid working – 3 days on site per week)
Travel: Monthly travel to Liverpool
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time
The Opportunity:
Our client operates a collection of award-winning event venues in London and Liverpool, hosting conferences, corporate events and private functions. They are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to develop and deliver an insight-led marketing strategy that drives revenue, enhances brand positioning and supports business growth.
This role will suit a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with strong digital and CRM expertise who thrives in a collaborative, stakeholder-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy to increase enquiries, conversions and revenue across both venues
- Lead digital and CRM-led campaigns across web, email, social, SEO and paid channels, ensuring activity is data-driven and measurable
- Align marketing activity with sales and business development objectives to support pipeline growth and account retention
- Act as brand guardian, overseeing the creation of high-quality collateral, content and campaign messaging
- Manage external agencies and partners to maximise PR, digital performance and market visibility
- Lead performance reporting, using analytics and insight to optimise campaigns and inform strategic decisions
- Line manage and develop sales and marketing executive team members
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, commercially focused marketing activity
Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within events, venues, hospitality or a related sector
- Strong track record of delivering digital and CRM-driven campaigns that generate measurable income
- Confident developing multi-channel strategies and managing end-to-end campaign delivery
- Commercially astute, analytical and results-driven
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and copywriting skills
