Job Title: General Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel - Scotland
Salary: up to £70K + Bonus
Location: Perthshire
I am currently recruiting a General Manager for a Luxury 5 Star Hotel in the stunning Highlands in Perthshire. As General Manager you will oversee all the operations of the hotel and venue. My client is looking for a passionate, dynamic leader who will create and develop a team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their next step in luxury hotels.
About the position
- Create a strategy to increase revenue
- Oversee the operations of the hotel & venue
- Train and develop a growing team
- Implement a 5* service strategy
- Oversee the P&L
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach
The successful candidate
- At least 3 years hotel management experience
- Must come from luxury background
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focused with a big personality
- P&L experience
- A leader with an eye for detail
- A team player
