General Manager – Entertainment venue – Lancashire - £50k+ package
We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to take overall responsibility for operations at a major, F&B and events venue in Lancashire
This is a senior leadership position overseeing a diverse operation spanning hospitality, catering, retail and events. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences while driving commercial performance, operational standards and team engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day venue operations across live events.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
- Take full responsibility for financial performance, budgets and P&L.
- Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain high standards across customer service, safety, food safety and compliance.
- Support strategic planning, business growth and new commercial opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.
The Candidate
You’ll have senior management experience within a stadium, arena, hospitality or large-scale events environment, together with:
- Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
- Experience leading operational teams.
- A proven background in hospitality, retail and/or catering.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong focus on customer experience and service delivery.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- A track record of developing teams and delivering operational improvement.
