We are looking for an experiencedPricing Leadto join a large, national service provider within theCorporate Services / Facilities Managementsector. The role is primarilyremote, with the majority of time spent working from home and only occasional travel to co‑locate with bid teams, typically inLondon or Salford. The role is likely to be tagged to a site for internal purposes, but this will not materially change the working pattern.

You will sit at the heart of thebid function, supporting a wide range of opportunities acrosscatering, Soft FM and Hard FM. Bid values vary fromunder £1m per year through to £30m+, with a fast‑paced mix of client types, scopes and timelines. This diversity is a key part of what keeps the team motivated and engaged.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development ofcommercial pricing models and proposalsfor complex, multi‑service bids.
  • Work closely with bid, operations, finance and account teams to ensure pricing iscompetitive, profitable and deliverable.
  • Build and challengecost structures, labour models and service‑level assumptionsacross FM, catering and related services.
  • Provide clear, data‑driven recommendations on pricing strategy, risk and margin trade‑offs.
  • Ensure bids are compliant, fully documented and aligned with internal commercial governance.

Who you are

  • You haverelevant experience in FM / catering / IFM pricing, estimating, or commercial analysis (Soft FM, Hard FM, food services, cleaning, reception, etc.).
  • You arecomfortable with financial models, Excel, and bid processes, and can translate operational realities into robust pricing.
  • You have strong commercial judgment: you understandrisk, margin, sensitivity and client‑value drivers.
  • You arecollaborative and pragmatic, able to work with stakeholders at all levels and articulate pricing rationale clearly.
