We're recruiting a creative Head Chef to lead a premium Business & Industry contract in Central London.
You'll oversee a busy breakfast and lunch operation serving up to 250 covers, with a strong focus on fresh food, retail dining and street food concepts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a chef-led business where creativity is encouraged and work-life balance really exists.

The Role
- Lead a busy fresh food kitchen
- Create seasonal retail menus
- Drive exciting street food concepts
- Manage a small kitchen team
- Control food costs and stock
- Deliver exceptional breakfast and lunch service
- Maintain high food quality and standards
About You
- Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or B&I.
- Strong retail and fresh food background.
- Creative, organised and commercially aware.
- Passion for food trends and menu development.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
