We are seeking a talented CRM & Marketing Data Analyst to join the central team of a renowned luxury hotel and lifestyle brand in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially aware and analytically driven, with a passion for turning customer data into insights that enhance engagement and support business growth.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across CRM, Marketing, Digital, and Commercial functions to deepen understanding of customer behaviour and help shape data led strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the quality and consistency of customer data across CRM, loyalty, booking, and digital systems
  • Explore customer behaviour, engagement patterns, and lifetime value to uncover meaningful insights
  • Design and implement audience segmentation to support targeted campaigns and personalised marketing activity
  • Create, maintain, and optimise dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
  • Analyse website performance, digital customer journeys, and booking trends
  • Work with key stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Ensure all data handling complies with governance, privacy, and regulatory standards
  • Support initiatives focused on customer retention, acquisition, and personalisation through data insight

About You:

  • Experience in CRM, marketing analytics, customer insights, or data analysis roles
  • Strong analytical ability with experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence in manipulating customer data
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
  • Background in hospitality, travel, luxury retail, loyalty programmes, or membership organisations would be an advantage
