Account Director – Cambridge Based – Up to £90,000 – Catering & Soft FM
We are recruiting an exceptional Account Director for a prestigious opportunity within Corporate Services, overseeing a high-end, high-volume contract.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for an established FM provider, delivering a wide range of services including catering, soft services, and workplace support.
You will lead a well-established and stable management team, with full accountability for financial performance, budget control, strategic planning, and business growth.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must bring proven experience from a high-end Corporate Services catering and or soft Facilities Management background, as this expertise will be essential in managing the day-to-day demands of the account.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Catering and or soft Facilities Management within a corporate setting.
- An established, credible leader with a polished and professional presence.
- Experience managing a large, National contract.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Excellent financial and commercial understanding, with a focus on growth.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding strict KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in training, developing, and inspiring teams.
