Weekly Sales: Up to £70,000
Are you a charismatic, energetic General Manager who knows how to run a proper pub and create an atmosphere people want to come back for?
We're looking for a passionate GM to take the reins of a vibrant, high-energy Irish pub in the heart of Brixton, with weekly sales reaching up to £70,000!
This is a venue built around great Guinness, live music, sport, entertainment and, most importantly, people! We need someone who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment and knows how to deliver an unforgettable pub experience.
What we're looking for:
- An experienced GM with a strong wet-led pub or late-night hospitality background.
- Proven experience managing high-volume venues and significant weekly turnover.
- Someone who understands live music, sport, entertainment and events.
- A natural host with a big personality who loves being on the floor.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience driving sales, controlling costs and managing P&L.
- A people-first leader who can recruit, develop and inspire a fantastic team.
- Someone creative, proactive and full of ideas to keep the venue buzzing.
