The Role

As Media & Association Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and management of international media and trade association partnerships that support the growth of a flagship global event. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry publications, associations, and strategic partners
  • Create innovative partnership campaigns across digital, social media, print, email, and web channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and content teams to deliver partnership assets and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled
  • Manage sponsorship fulfilment, ensuring all branding and marketing deliverables are delivered accurately and on schedule

  • Confidence negotiating commercial agreements and managing partner expectations
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to identify new opportunities
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • The confidence to engage with partners over the phone and through digital channels
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively across marketing, sales, content, and design teams
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), Google Analytics, Monday.com, or similar platforms would be advantageous but is not essential
