An exciting position for an experienced Golf Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a prestigious golf facility, ensuring exceptional member & guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational & commercial acumen with a passion for golf, delivering outstanding service standards, driving revenue, & maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the golf operation.
About:
- Manage all aspects of the course, including its activities and the relationships between the course, members, guests, employees, estate homeowners and the community
- Oversee and provide strategic and day to day direction of all aspects of the golf course, club house, service delivery and product delivery
- Guide, manage and assist in financial well-being of the entire golf operation including golf course machinery and equipment
- Promote membership and ensure the golf operation provides a world class golfing experience with motivated, committed, and disciplined staff.
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
Requirements:
- Not open to expats
- Minimum 6 years’ senior management level experience in an estate golf club environment
- Certificate or Diploma in hotel management or golf operations
Salary Package: R70000 – R80000 Depending upon experience + Performance bonus
