General Manager - £55k – London – Contract Catering B&I
My client is looking for an energetic, financially astute, and driven General Manager for this high end, bespoke B&I site in London.
About the position:
The role is to develop and lead the team overseeing both catering for circa 250 customers daily, and high-end hospitality, Monday-Friday. The site has a real mix of retail and hospitality, the latter being a key area of focus. This is a hands-on role, where the focus is always the customer.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Contract catering but will also understand this role is about more than a catering offering, an ability to go above a beyond with the client will be required.
Ideal General Manager:
- Previous experience in a senior Contract Catering role within in a high-end corporate B&I contract
- An established leader
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Excellent financial understanding and business growth
- Proven history of achieving and surpassing strict KPI’s
- Experience training and developing those around you
- Keen eye for detail
