We’re recruiting a Catering Manager to lead a well-established contract catering operation in Bristol near Temple Meades Station. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a busy, daytime-only site delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality within a corporate environment.
The Catering Manager will lead a small, skilled team, delivering a fresh food offer and consistent, high-quality service to up to 300 customers daily. The offer
- £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- 7:00am - 3:00pm shifts
- 40 hours per week

The operation & food
- Corporate B&I contract catering site.
- Breakfast and lunch service for up to 300 covers.
- Fresh, daily food offer with grab & go and hot options.

The role
- Lead and manage the full catering operation on site.
- Oversee food preparation, service and presentation standards.
- Manage, train and develop a small on-site team.
- Build strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.
- Drive engagement, promotions and site performance.
- Manage budgets, GP, stock control and financial targets.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and HSE standards.
The ideal Catering Manager
- Experienced Catering Manager within contract catering or similar.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
