Operations Director - Education – £70,000 - £80,000 + package
My client is looking to bring an Operations Director in to join this established state education caterer to take overall responsibility for the catering services for a portfolio of education sites, in and around the South of England.
About the position:
This role requires strong leadership, experience of managing change and building new teams plus new openings/contract mobilisation. It is essential you have multi site management experience within education. The role will have you overseeing a portfolio of 100+ contracts.
It requires someone with a niche skill set and a real understanding of excellence to meet the client’s needs. You will be extremely well presented with an impeccable eye for detail, patient and observant. Excellent financials are a must with a firm grasp on what excellence both tastes and looks like.
Ideal Operations Director:
- Experience working in a similar role for an education Contract Caterer
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent client relationships
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine love for catering
- Your passion will be service and standards
- Financially astute
- You will strive to drive the business forward and be able to demonstrate this in an interview
- IT literate
